To arrange a gift card, contact us and tell us:

We will prepare the personalized gift card and confirm the purchase details with you.
When the recipient is ready, they can contact us directly to share their wishes and preferred date. We will then explore the possibilities with them, check availability, and confirm their chosen experience in writing.
A Few Practical Details

Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date. You must confirm an eligible booking before the expiry date, although the experience itself may take place later.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for popular dates, multi-day journeys, or experiences involving transportation, tickets, or special arrangements

Unless a gift card expressly confirms a particular service, it represents credit toward the current price of an eligible experience. We will explain any price difference before we confirm the booking.

Bookings remain subject to availability and to the terms applicable when the experience is reserved.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable after purchase except where required by law.
