How It Works - A Gift Made Personal

To arrange a gift card, contact us and tell us:

The value or experience you have in mind
The recipient’s full name
The anticipated number of guests
Any preferred city, tour, or particular interest
The occasion and, if you wish, a personal message

We will prepare the personalized gift card and confirm the purchase details with you.

When the recipient is ready, they can contact us directly to share their wishes and preferred date. We will then explore the possibilities with them, check availability, and confirm their chosen experience in writing.

A Few Practical Details

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. An eligible booking must be confirmed before the expiry date, although the experience itself may take place later.

Unless a gift card expressly confirms a particular service, it represents credit toward the current price of an eligible experience. Any price difference will be explained before the booking is confirmed.

Bookings remain subject to availability and to the terms applicable when the experience is reserved.
