Every private tour begins with a conversation. The rates below provide a clear starting point for privately guided experiences in Zurich and across Switzerland.
Your tour will be thoughtfully shaped around your interests, preferred pace, and the time you have available. Additional elements, such as private transportation, professional drivers, public transportation, entrance tickets, activities, and mountain excursions, will be clearly itemized in your personalized offer.
The guiding rates below apply to services taking place in 2026 and are quoted per private group of up to 20 guests—not per person—unless otherwise stated.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include 8.1% Swiss VAT.
Your written offer and booking confirmation will always confirm the exact price, arrangements, inclusions, and exclusions before you book.

Private Vehicle & Dedicated Driver
Travel Comfortably Across Switzerland
Some journeys are best enjoyed with a private vehicle and professional driver. We can arrange vehicles in different sizes and comfort categories according to your itinerary, group, and luggage requirements.
The cost is added to the guiding fee and depends on the date, duration, route, group size, and vehicle category. Your proposal will show the cost separately and explain exactly what is included.
A dedicated driver allows your guide to focus fully on you, the storytelling, and the flow of your experience.
Professional drivers in Switzerland must observe statutory driving limits and rest periods. We consider these requirements when preparing your itinerary, helping us create a journey that is safe, comfortable, and realistically paced.
Tailor-Made Journey Planning
When a Journey Requires a Little More Preparation
Thoughtful personalization of a standard private tour is already included in your guiding fee. Some complex day trips, multi-day journeys, group arrangements, or supplier-intensive requests require substantial additional research, itinerary design, consultation, availability checks, and advance reservations.
In these cases, a separate consultation and planning fee may apply. Our standard Consultation Fee and Booking Deposit for this level of planning is CHF 690.00, consisting of:

More complex arrangements may require a different planning fee, deposit, or payment schedule. If this applies to your request, we will explain the scope, amounts, and relevant terms before any chargeable work begins.
We will not make any material third-party purchase on your behalf without your prior approval of the price and applicable supplier terms.
